The technology behind our mountain eggs

At Regalina, technology is not an end in itself, but the way we manage to maintain the same quality of our mountain eggs, day after day. Today we operate several production barns and we have committed to staying constantly connected to the latest technologies in the industry, whether we are talking about ventilation, microclimate or monitoring the comfort parameters for our birds. For you, this translates into a consistent product you can rely on at every breakfast.

In our barns, the chicks are carefully looked after for 16–17 weeks, until they become healthy laying hens, ready to enter production. For this process to work well, we use modern systems for feeding, watering and monitoring, so that we can quickly spot any change in behaviour or in their environment. Technology helps us care for the birds responsibly, not turn them into just a simple number.

For us, investing in technology also means investing in transparency: at any moment, we know where the feed comes from, how each generation of birds was raised and under what conditions every egg was produced. This allows us to speak openly about the egg’s journey from farm to shelf and to offer you not just a product, but confidence in the story behind it.
